Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our focused, balanced team and lead efforts that measurably improve people’s lives. You will own design work in a startup atmosphere where individuals take ownership and have significant impact on the final product.

Collaborate with executives, product and engineering leads, and cross-functional partners. You will critique designs, shape the product, and drive features from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, native mobile app design experience required.
• Experience building growth- and retention-focused products (ideally sign-up and onboarding experiences).
• Experience with Figma, Miro, and Protopie.
• Experience with animation (ideally Rive).

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts that measurably improve user outcomes within Fetch's app.
• Collaborate with executives, product and engineering leads, and cross-functional partners.
• Critique design work with stakeholders and peers to raise quality across features.
• Drive features from concept to production in a fast-paced startup environment.
