Job summary

Fetch seeks a Staff Product Manager – Referral Growth to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fetch's referral growth engine. You will create looping, incentives-driven experiences embedded in the user journey to drive durable MAU growth.

You will own the end-to-end referral lifecycle, work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing, and apply AI-powered personalization to unlock organic growth at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with consumer growth, referral, marketplace, social, or network-effect products.
• Proven track record designing, launching, measuring, and scaling referral programs and growth loops.
• Deep understanding of growth loops, incentive design, lifecycle marketing, experimentation, and retention models.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the referral growth engine to hit MAU goals.
• Design referral loops and sharing experiences that create network effects across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Own end-to-end referral lifecycle: invitations, rewards, onboarding, activation, advocacy, re-engagement, and optimization.
• Build product capabilities, incentives, and experimentation framework for scalable growth.
• Leverage AI to personalize referral experiences and optimize incentive structures.
