Job summary

NTT DATA AIVista seeks a seasoned Member of Technical Staff, Product Design, to own the human‑AI interaction model across our core workflows. You will define what an AI agent can decide autonomously, what requires human review, and how users maintain control over AI‑driven decisions, in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Applied Science.

You will build prototypes with AI‑native tools, evolve the design system, and conduct direct enterprise research with adjusters and underwriters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing complex software products in enterprise or workflow-driven contexts.
• Experience owning design direction for a meaningful product area from discovery to production.
• Deep experience with AI products or regulated/high-consequence workflows.
• Strong systems thinking across state, permissions, and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the human-AI interaction model across AIVista's core workflows.
• Define what AI agents decide autonomously vs. what requires human review.
• Design interaction patterns for human-agent and agent-to-agent workflows.
• Design tools and experiences for builders to author and operate AI agents.
• Translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable product experiences.
• Author journey specifications and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Build functional prototypes using AI-native and agentic tools.
• Evolve AIVista's design system including accessibility and rules.
• Conduct direct research with enterprise users (adjusters, underwriters).
• Represent AIVista in client-facing workflow discussions with leaders.
