Job summary

Vanta is hiring a Senior Product Designer for the Agent Experience to shape AI-powered agent surfaces and customer-facing workflows. You will partner with product, engineering, research, data, and AI quality teams to translate insights into scalable, trustworthy experiences.

You will influence patterns for transparency, permissions, uncertainty, and graceful failure, while ensuring human review and control across workflows. This role emphasizes responsible AI and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or complex workflows.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and uncertain systems.
• Designing agent experiences beyond chat, including multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for the agent harness projects from framing to launch.
• Define how agents, skills, tools, and memory are surfaced to customers.
• Design experiences that let customers delegate security work with visibility and control.
• Create patterns to review, correct, approve, interrupt, and recover agent work.
