Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the design strategy and execution for our core equities product. You will lead end-to-end design across concept through launch, collaborating with engineering, product management, and legal teams in a high-visibility role.

The position is based in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week. You will work in a fast-moving team focused on user experience and design excellence.

Formación

• Proven experience designing complex user interfaces for large products.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to launch independently.
• Strong communication to coordinate across teams and present decisions.
• Open to exploring new technologies, including AI tools.
• Experience in fintech/trading platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute the product design strategy for trading experiences.
• Evaluate and redesign core trading surfaces to improve speed.
• Collaborate with engineering, PM, design leadership, and legal to guide projects from concept to production.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize workflows and design solutions.
• Provide transparent updates and help shape long-term design standards.
