Job summary

Robinhood is seeking aSenior Product Designer to own the design strategy and execution of our core equities product. You will lead the design from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, product management, and legal to shape the long-term evolution and deliver an exceptional trading experience for millions of users.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex UIs and large, multifaceted products in fintech/trading or editing apps.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to launch and hit weekly milestones.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the product design strategy for rapid trading experiences.
• Evaluate and redesign core trading surfaces to improve interaction speed and simplify concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, design leadership, and legal to guide projects end-to-end.
• Utilize AI tools within the design process to optimize workflows and propose user-friendly solutions.
• Provide transparent updates to leadership and help set long-term design standards across the trading team.
