You’ll bring deep UI craft, systems thinking, and a collaborative mindset to elevate the entire design practice, mentoring others and driving impact through experimentation and data.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, includingStaff/Lead-level scope.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft across complex digital products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and design libraries.
• Experience with experimentation and data-informed design iteration.
• Mentoring peers and guiding craft.

Responsibilities
