Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own and drive strategy across a Commerce domain. You will define the vision for how multiple product surfaces work together to serve clients and operators globally, then execute against that vision with autonomy.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations to deliver cohesive experiences, build metrics, and mentor PMs while shaping a roadmap that drives profitability and growth for Flexport’s platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to own a product domain and lead multi-year roadmaps across teams.
• Proven track record shipping in data-dense environments.
• Experience aligning multiple cross‑functional teams toward a shared roadmap.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy across the Commerce domain spanning multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations to ship cohesive experiences.
• Own end-to-end roadmap, prioritizing investments and trade-offs for leadership.
• Build metrics frameworks linking product usage to business outcomes.
• Mentor PMs and improve specs, prioritization, and execution.
