Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own strategy across a Commerce domain, driving multi-team coordination and measurable outcomes in global logistics. You will define the vision for integrated product surfaces and coordinate across engineering, design, and operations to deliver cohesive experiences.

You will mentor PMs, use data to guide investments, and operate at both strategic and execution levels in a data-rich environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to own a product domain and lead multi-year roadmaps across teams.
• Strong analytical skills; build and use metrics frameworks; SQL proficiency.
• Experience shipping in data-dense, multi-step workflows.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy across the Commerce domain spanning multiple teams and workflows.
• Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations such as quoting, billing, and invoicing.
• Own end-to-end roadmap; identify high-leverage problems and sequence investments.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and other teams to ship integrated experiences.
• Mentor PMs, improve specs, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
• Represent domain in leadership forums to influence resources and direction.
