Chewy is seeking a Staff Product Designer focused on the Retail Experience to shape the end-to-end Autoship and personalization journey. You will set design direction across the path to purchase, mentor designers, and quantify impact through research and experimentation.

You will lead strategy from discovery through ongoing management, partnering with Product, Technology, Research, Analytics, and senior leaders to translate customer insights into a 12–18 month experience direction for Autoship.

Formación

• 7+ years in product/UX design or related field.
• 4+ years leading large-scale design initiatives and mentoring.
• Strong portfolio with design craft and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve a cohesive Autoship design strategy for 12–18 months.
• Lead design thinking across path to purchase from discovery to enrollment.
• Ensure personalization experiences align with the customer journey.
• Frame opportunities, challenge assumptions, and clarify problems.
• Coach designers and build reusable frameworks for teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence design direction.
