Job summary

Chewy, Inc. is seeking an AD Payments Product Lead to shape the payment experience for Chewy Vet Care Clinics. You will own the roadmap, coordinate with UX, engineering, and business teams, and drive initiatives across Chewy Health paying environments.

You will collaborate with data analytics, operations, and care teams to ensure seamless payments, invoicing, and receipts, while aligning with Chewy’s checkout experience. Hybrid work model across multiple corporate locations.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of digital product management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Proven track record owning products from ideation through delivery—either independently or by leading teams.
• Product thinking and ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Strong ability to drive strategy connecting insights, architecture, and long-term plans.
• Clear, effective communicator—able to align stakeholders across teams and levels.
• Data-driven decision making with attention to detail in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer-centric payment experience across Chewy Health clinics and related environments.
• Partner with Rhapsody PIMS to ensure invoicing, payment collection, and receipts.
• Own payment method expansion with engineering and UX to launch new experiences.
• Develop SOPs for paying experiences with Learning & Development teams.
• Collaborate with Payment Operations to ensure robust performance of payment products.
• Engage with Chewy Customer Care to resolve payment-related customer pain points.
• Coordinate with product leaders to maintain consistent paying experiences across Chewy.
• Work with data analytics to define metrics, test hypotheses, and evolve requirements.
• Align with technical and non-technical partners to progress roadmap.
