Job summary

Chewy is seeking a Pricing Manager to own core pricing programs that improve customer trust, price perception, and consistency. You will combine analytics, operational ownership, and cross-functional partnership to drive business impact.

You’ll collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, Product/Technology, Merchandising, and more to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and implement scalable pricing solutions that enhance the customer experience and value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Pricing, Strategy, Analytics, Retail or related field with impact.
• Experience building pricing automation and recurring pricing tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and modeling ability.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing analyses using SQL across large datasets.
• Lead pricing workstreams for competitive matching and margin optimization.
• Design and analyze pricing tests with cohort selection and readouts.
• Partner with engineering and data science to build tools for pricing priorities.
• Champion cross-functional initiatives to translate data into scalable processes.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and requirements.
