Job summary

Handshake is hiring a Senior Product Designer to partner with product, engineering, data, and research teams to shape the central tasking experience for frontier AI models. You will own end-to-end design from concept through production, advancing systems and workflows that scale with company growth.

You will lead design across complex, interactive products, balancing user needs with business goals, and mentoring others in design thinking and craft.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, preferably on complex interactive products.
• Strong communicator who articulates design decisions, tradeoffs and reasoning to partners and leadership.
• Deep visual and interaction design expertise with a proven shipped work track record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, data, research, and operations to build and extend the tasking experience—from concept to production.
• Develop strategic product visions and sequence them into pragmatic phases.
• Collaborate with Quality, Coding, RLE, and Fellow Experience teams to enable others.
