Job summary

FutureFit AI is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the look, feel, and interaction coherence of the full platform for job seekers, staff, employers, and agency admins. You will lead the design of our most ambitious features end-to-end, building a trusted, coherent system across surfaces.

You will drive a design foundation with a scalable system, advocate accessible design by default, and mentor teammates while shaping AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• Deep product design craft across complex, multi-persona B2B/B2G or enterprise SaaS.
• Ownership of a design system at meaningful scale.
• Fluency in accessible design and WCAG compliance in production.
• Strong IA and interaction design fundamentals.
• Experience with AI-mediated or recommendation-driven experiences.
• Ability to run user research and synthesize decisions.
• Ability to prioritize where design depth matters across a surface.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform look and feel, design system, tokens, and motion.
• Ensure accessibility by default and conformance to WCAG 2.2 AA/Section 508.
• Build a coherent foundation while allowing deliberate divergence.
• Lead end-to-end design of major bets and complex reworks.
• Design for AI-mediated experiences and trusted user interactions.
• Create high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and design specs for handoff.
• Mentor PMs, engineers, and future designers in design quality.
