You will shape the end-to-end activation journey, turning complex product flows into clear, trustworthy, and high-converting experiences while partnering with product, engineering, and data teams to define the roadmap and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and shipping B2B SaaS products across multiple teams and quarters.
• Proven track record of driving activation and retention with measurable results.
• Experience with AI-powered products and agent-human collaboration.
• Strong written communication, including authoring product briefs and strategy documents.
• Ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders aligned.
• Fluency in product analytics and experimentation, defining success metrics.
• Exceptional interaction, visual, and content design for complex UIs.

Responsibilities

• Set the end-to-end experience vision for activation and create a roadmap for your squad.
• Drive product shape and roadmap in collaboration with product management and engineering, using customer data.
• Design agent-first experiences that build trust at each step of the process.
• Create reusable AI patterns to streamline guided experiences across teams.
• Define activation outcomes and partner with Data to run experiments that improve them.
• Lead customer discovery efforts and communicate findings to leadership.
• Align partner teams to ensure a cohesive growth experience across the product.
