Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to act as a strategic analytics lead across multiple product areas in the San Mateo/LA/SD regions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Finance to identify monetization opportunities and shape growth through data-driven insights.

You will own measurement frameworks, conduct experiments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for executives and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field; 10+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives with autonomy and ambiguity.
Ability to influence product strategy and decisions; strong business acumen.
Expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, and causal inference preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills; mentor to analysts.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic analytics lead across multiple product areas.
Translate strategic objectives into KPIs, targets, and measurement frameworks.
Lead measurement and experimentation strategy including A/B testing.
Own complex analytics initiatives end to end and translate insights into recommendations.
Influence senior stakeholders with concise narratives that drive action.
Elevate analytics capabilities and mentor analysts across teams.
