Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to lead strategic analytics across product and business areas from San Mateo to other U.S. locations.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and other teams to identify monetization and growth opportunities and shape product strategy through data-driven insights. This senior role requires 10+ years in analytics, advanced SQL, Python or R, and a proven ability to mentor analysts and influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in product analytics or data science.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives with autonomy.
• Ability to influence product strategy and decision making with analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic analytics thought partner shaping product strategy with data.
• Lead analytics strategy for complex product areas with KPIs and measurement.
• Oversee measurement and experimentation strategy including A/B tests.
• Own complex analytics initiatives end to end and translate insights.
• Communicate findings to senior stakeholders with concise narratives.
• Elevate analytics capabilities and mentor analysts across teams.
