Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to lead analytics across multiple product areas in the United States. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and others to drive monetization opportunities and data-driven growth.

You will own measurement frameworks, run A/B tests, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, while mentoring analysts and elevating analytics practices across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years in product analytics or related field.
Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives with autonomy.
Ability to influence product strategy and decisions with data.
Strong SQL and Python/R; experience with analytics tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic analytics partner to shape product strategy and KPIs.
Lead analytics strategy for complex product areas with cross-functional teams.
Own measurement and experimentation strategy, including A/B testing and causal inference.
Mentor analysts and elevate analytics practices across teams.
