Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an Analyst, Product Analytics to drive data-driven decisions for the PlayStation platform. You will collaborate with product teams, design KPI plans, and oversee end-to-end analytics projects from data exploration to impact assessment.

Ideal candidates have a strong SQL/Python/R background, experience with experiments, analytics tools, and excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical partners. Hybrid or on-site flexibility in CA.

Qualifications

• Experience with experiments and optimization including A/B testing.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and BI tools like Tableau/MicroStrategy/Domo.
• Strong communication of analytical results to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap goals into data KPIs, targets, and plans.
• Extract and integrate data from multiple sources to support analytics.
• Lead A/B tests, monitor progress, and advise feature releases.
• Analyze data to identify drivers and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists on research and analytics methods.
• Create dashboards with reporting teams for automated insights.
