Deepgram is hiring a Staff Product Manager focused on product-led growth to own the growth of the developer journey from first touch to committed customer. This founding-era team defines success and you will shape what good looks like, partnering with engineering, design, developer relations, and product analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven PLG funnel ownership (activation, conversion, retention, or acquisition) and impact on metrics.
• All-around PM: set direction, ship, and show outcomes under uncertainty.
• Ability to prototype, reason about engineering tradeoffs, and analyze data without waiting for others.
• Experience building complete systems from scratch: reporting, optimization, and instrumentation.
• Genuine AI fluency: integrate AI into workflows and validate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth of the PLG funnel and related product changes.
• Own onboarding, console, and developer activation paths; decide what ships and why.
• Build or source the right tooling and data platform to enable experimentation.
• Establish a weekly rhythm of shipping, measuring, and iterating based on results.
• Collaborate with developer relations, product analytics, marketing, sales, and CS on cross-team initiatives.
