Job summary

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Eng, Materials Science, Chemical Eng, Physics, or related discipline.
• 5 years (BS) or 3 years (MS) or 0–3 years (PhD) of engineering experience in a semiconductor fab or lab.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and equipment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a large cross-functional program environment.
• US Citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive process flows for wafer manufacturing.
• Collaborate with CAD engineers to validate layouts and build metrology frames.
• Implement data collection schemes and formulate process recipes.
• Design and conduct experiments to optimize process recipes.
• Coordinate with failure analysis for cross-sectioning samples.
• Monitor materials and address processing issues with customers.
• Lead regular customer meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Deliver process reviews to transfer devices to production.
