You will develop wafer process flows, validate layouts, implement data collection, run experiments, and coordinate with failure analysis and customers to ensure smooth production transitions. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive process flows for wafer manufacturing and seamless execution.
• Collaborate with CAD engineers to validate incoming layouts and build frames with metrology boxes.
• Implement data collection schemes and work with process/tool experts to define process recipes.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate and optimize process recipes.
• Coordinate with failure analysis lab for cross-sectioning and improvement.
• Monitor customer materials and preempt processing issues for smooth workflow.
• Lead regular customer meetings and provide project updates as materials move.
• Deliver process reviews to transfer devices to full-scale production.
