Job summary

You will own comprehensive wafer process flows, validate layouts with CAD, and partner with process/tool experts to design robust recipes and experiments. Experience in semiconductor fabrication and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Eng, Materials Science, Chemical Eng, Physics, or related discipline.
• US Citizenship required for government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive process flows for wafer manufacturing.
• Collaborate with CAD engineers to validate incoming layout files and construct frames with metrology boxes.
• Implement data collection schemes and formulate process recipes with experts.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate process recipes.
• Coordinate with failure analysis lab for cross-sectioning samples.
• Monitor customer material and address processing issues.
• Lead regular customer meetings and provide progress updates.
• Deliver process reviews to transition devices to full-scale production.
