Deepgram builds the voice AI models that power other companies’ products, and also develops our own AI applications. We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to define that line and to build it into a profitable business.

You own the product, its direction, and its decisions, while engineering builds it, reporting to the VP of Self‑Serve. You’ll collaborate with research, engineering, design, and marketing to bring the user’s voice into every decision, prototype solutions, and ship impactful

• A shipped product that people paid for.
• Zero‑to‑one product definition.
• Deep AI fluency, proven by shipped work.
• Technical depth and prototyping ability.
• Clear communication with executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy for Deepgram’s AI applications and define the product line.
• Own the roadmap and decide what ships and when with tradeoffs.
• Build the business: acquisition, activation, retention, monetization with metrics.
• Represent the product with partners and customers and own commitments.
• Run operating rhythm with hypothesis, shipped change, and measurement.
• Partner with research, engineering, design, and marketing daily.
• Prototype and communicate through mockups, wireframes, and demos.
