Job summary

Confluent is seeking a Staff PM for Cloud Networking to own the platform strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will define the architecture of the networking surface, set a multi-year roadmap, and align with engineering leadership on technical direction.

You will work on PrivateLink, VNet peering, and related models to drive secure, scalable connectivity. You will mentor PMs, build business cases, and secure executive alignment for multi-year platform bets while measuring success through

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience with cloud infra ownership.
Track record of setting strategy and roadmap at platform scope.
Deep cloud networking knowledge across AWS, Azure, GCP.
Experience serving enterprise customers with complex security needs.
Partner with engineering leadership as a co-decision-maker.
Strong analytics; model unit economics and platform health.
AI-native PM practices across lifecycle with prudent judgment.
Experience mentoring PMs and raising the bar on product thinking.

Responsibilities

Own the platform strategy for Confluent Cloud Networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Define frameworks and standards for networking decisions and launch readiness.
Drive architectural decisions with engineering leadership on cost and UX.
Expand scope into adjacencies like observability and cost tooling.
