Confluent is seeking a Staff PM for Cloud Networking to own the platform strategy and multi-year roadmap. You will define the architecture of the networking surface across clouds and guide decision-makers across engineering, field, and leadership.

You will drive alignment on PrivateLink, VNet peering, and related networking models while ensuring security, cost efficiency, and scale for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience for cloud infrastructure or networking.
• Proven track record of setting product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Deep fluency in cloud networking concepts across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
• Ability to partner with engineering leadership as a co-decision-maker on architectural direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform strategy and multi-year roadmap for Confluent Cloud Networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Define frameworks for evaluating networking decisions and launch readiness.
• Drive architectural decisions with engineering leadership, balancing UX, cost, and ops complexity.
• Develop the product team through mentorship, feedback, and structured processes.
• Build senior stakeholder alignment and present platform vision to executives to secure investment.
