Zusammenfassung

Confluent is seeking a Staff PM for Cloud Networking to own the platform strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will define the architectural surface, drive the multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with engineering leadership as a co-decision-maker on technical direction.

You will mentor Senior PMs, build business cases, and align senior stakeholders to secure multi-year platform bets while focusing on customer connectivity, cost efficiency, and security.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product management experience including cloud infrastructure or networking
• Proven track record setting strategy and multi-year roadmaps for platform scope
• Deep fluency in cloud networking concepts across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience serving enterprise customers with complex security/compliance needs
• Partnering with engineering leadership as a co-decision-maker on architecture
• Strong analytics for cost/risk modeling and platform health metrics
• Experience mentoring PMs and elevating product thinking
