Job summary

Confluent is seeking a Staff PM for Cloud Networking to define the architecture for connectivity to Confluent Cloud across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You'll own the platform strategy, setting the multi-year roadmap and driving alignment across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product management experience, a strong foundation in cloud networking, and the ability to mentor team members.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning a cloud infrastructure product.
• Demonstrated track record of setting product strategy and roadmap at platform scope.
• Deep fluency in cloud networking concepts such as PrivateLink, Transit Gateway, and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform strategy for Confluent Cloud Networking.
• Define frameworks and standards for evaluating networking decisions.
• Drive architectural decisions in partnership with engineering leadership.
