Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI to set the direction for how AI shows up across Webflow's platform. You will own the multi‑year strategy for the Agent Access area, guiding the AI assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and underlying platform, while rallying teams across Engineering, Design, and Data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with AI‑powered systems.
• Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility; hands-on AI agent work.
• Defined evals, guardrails, and metrics for non‑deterministic products.
• Ability to serve two audiences: developers and less-technical creators.
• Comfort prototyping, interviewing users, and writing briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow’s agent surfaces (AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and platform).
• Sequence work to reinforce surfaces, build shared primitives, and align teams for coherent delivery.
• Define quality standards, evals, guardrails, and success metrics for the area.
• Balance developer-grade surfaces with an approachable AI assistant for creators.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, GTM, and leadership.
• Prototype ideas, contribute to code, and stay close to implementation for sharp decisions.
• Place multi‑year bets as AI evolves and raise craft standards for the team.
