Job summary

Articul8 AI is seeking a Builder Product Manager, AI Platform & Agentic Workflows to own the delivery of customer-facing AI workflow experiences, including multi-agent missions, natural-language queries over domain knowledge graphs, SDK-based applications, agents, and MCP-enabled tools.

This hands-on, build-and-ship role requires prototyping solutions, validating workflows end-to-end, troubleshooting issues, and translating real-world needs into clear requirements for engineering and applied

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management or closely related roles shipping complex platform products end-to-end.
• Strong technical foundation across software systems, APIs, SDKs, data workflows, and cloud-based platforms.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes, workflow apps, demos, internal tools, or customer proof-of-concept projects.
• Familiarity with agents, tool-calling, LLM applications, RAG, knowledge graphs, and AI copilots.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Proven ability to test features end-to-end, troubleshoot, reproduce bugs, and give structured feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with comfort presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing delivery of agentic missions for assigned enterprises, including weekly demos and product updates.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, data dependencies, and test scenarios.
• Drive delivery from prototype to production-ready quality while balancing customer outcomes with platform constraints.
• Distill customer requests, bugs, and platform gaps into prioritized delivery plans.
• Build mission-specific experiences using the Articul8 platform, SDK, agents, APIs, and MCP-enabled tools.
• Create prototypes, demos, internal tools, and proof-of-concept apps to make workflows tangible.
• Identify what can be delivered with existing capabilities and where extensions or investment are needed.
• Test end-to-end workflows across model behavior, tool calls, data ingestion, UI flows, and knowledge grounding.
