SandboxAQ is hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to build the infrastructure, tooling, and pipelines for our Medical Device product, spanning embedded Linux fleets to the cloud.

You will own CI/CD, observability, and security controls, institute golden paths for self-service, and collaborate with Product, Clinical, Regulatory, and InfoSec.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, regulatory automation, and production reliability in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering in AWS.
• Staff-level ownership of production CI/CD and release systems.
• Strong software engineering in Python or Go.
• Linux-based device fleet operations with OTA update experience.
• CI/CD ownership with test gating and reversible deployments.
• Observability and production reliability experience.

Responsabilités

• Hands‑on software engineering: design, build, test, and maintain real tooling and services.
• Turn regulatory requirements into automated tooling with traceability and SBOMs.
• Support data platform needs: reproducible environments and scalable compute.
