You will lead the architectural strategy and partner with product, research, and security to align infrastructure with the company's mission. You will mentor engineers, decompose complex problems, and design resilient distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in distributed systems.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and setting technical direction.
• Expertise in cloud-native infrastructure using GCP and Kubernetes at scale.
• Experience with GPU/ML infrastructure for training, generation, and inference.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architectural Strategy and long-term infrastructure vision.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise code quality and standards.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and translate into scalable architectural requirements.
