Job summary

CAI Software is seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to join the Technology organization, supporting CAI Parsable’s cloud platform. You will drive architecture, implementation, and quality practices to enable scalable, secure features with observability and DevSecOps.

The role requires deep AWS experience and proficiency with modern agentic AI tooling. You will collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and other stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities, contribute to MCP

Qualifications

8 years experience delivering customer-facing platforms at scale.
5 years experience architecting and releasing production-grade SaaS solutions.
5 years experience backend services using Go and/or Node (Typescript).
Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, EventBridge, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, AuroraDB).
Deep experience with microservices architecture.
Ability to defend technical opinions and explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
Hands-on experience designing agentic AI workflows and multi-step pipelines.
Proficiency with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks; MCP server implementations.

Responsibilities

Execute architecture, development, and quality practices for CAI Parsable’s cloud platform.
Develop and deploy cloud platform features with DevOps/operational patterns.
Collaborate with product and services teams to deliver platform capabilities.
Create technical docs for platform access, integration, and use.
