Job summary

CAI Software is seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to join our Technology organization in support of the Parsable product. You will drive cloud platform architecture, development, and reliability across enterprise-scale workloads.

In this role, you’ll partner with Product, Professional Services, and engineering teams to design new features, implement DevSecOps tooling, and strengthen observability while advancing AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience delivering customer-facing platforms at scale.
• 5+ years architecting, building and releasing production-grade SaaS.
• 5+ years developing backend services with Go and/or Node/Typescript.
• Hands-on AWS expertise across Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, EventBridge, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, AuroraDB.
• Proficient in microservices and observability for production systems.
• Experience with agentic AI workflows and LLM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Execute architecture, development, and quality practices for CAI Parsable's cloud platform.
• Implement cloud-platform patterns to enable new features and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and stakeholders to design platform capabilities.
• Develop agentic AI workflows, tool-calling patterns, and orchestration in production.
• Create technical documentation for accessing and using platform capabilities.
• Improve observability, uptime, and SLA readiness for customers.
• Establish guardrails for integrating LLM agents and safe tool execution.
• Deliver rapid, reliable software in an agile environment.
