HMH is seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to define the technical vision for DevOps and platform engineering, focusing on reliability, scalability, and developer experience. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across cloud, CI/CD, observability, security, and developer platforms, while mentoring engineers and shaping reusable platform patterns and standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role that partners with Architecture, Security, SRE, and Product teams, requiring deep AWS

Competenze

• 8+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering experience in Agile environments.
• Expert knowledge of AWS architecture and cloud-native design patterns.
• Deep expertise with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD platforms.
• Experience designing highly available, large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong expertise with observability platforms including Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
