Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to join our DevOps/Infrastructure team. This role spans technical leadership and hands-on execution to define, drive, and operationalize the internal developer platform and AI infrastructure.

You will own the platform engineering roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, and architect self-serve tooling, with a focus on reliability, security, and developer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or platform roles.
• Proven AI-first leadership for infrastructure.
• Strong platform engineering experience with self-service tooling.
• Expert cloud and infra skills: AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform engineering roadmap and strategy.
• Architect and maintain internal platforms and tools.
• Drive internal AI Agent Platform adoption.
• Improve Developer Experience and automation.
• Migrate tasks to automated, agentic flows.
• Maintain Kubernetes, AWS, databases, and caches.
• Own DORA metrics collection and reliability analysis.
• Define best practices and drive adoption.
• Mеntor engineers and lead knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
