Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Staff Engineer to help build, secure, and scale the infrastructure powering end-to-end systems. You will influence platform architecture across multiple teams and drive critical initiatives that reduce tech debt and improve reliability.

Lead in DevOps transformation, establish security-first patterns, and guide adoption of emerging AI tooling while maintaining high bar for system resilience and incident readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating scalable, secure infrastructure.
• Strong background in DevOps, cloud platforms, and platform reliability.
• Ability to lead architectural decisions across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive DevOps transformation with CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
• Architect secure infrastructure with IAM least-privilege and tooling.
• Lead IaC initiatives using Terraform or Pulumi at scale.
• Define and uphold platform reliability with SLOs/SLAs.
