Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Staff Pharmacist to join the Reading Hospital Pharmacy Program and help launch the Exeter Pharmacy location. The role is full-time with 8–10 hour shifts and rotating weekends, aligned with patient-centered care in a high-volume community setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Unrestricted, current Pennsylvania pharmacist license and injectables license.
• 1-3 years of community, retail, or ambulatory pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, prepare, verify, and dispense medications per standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and clinical care, counseling patients on medications.
• Review patient plans for therapeutic appropriateness and consult with prescribers as needed.
• Address escalated patient inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure care quality.
• Support ambulatory pharmacy goals and promotional events, and assist with budgeting and cost control.
