Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on their use.
• Immunize patients and support pharmacy team in delivering clinical services.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow and ensure safety, accuracy and compliance.
