Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing, counseling, immunizing practices with patient safety.
• Lead pharmacy team and coordinate with Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain accurate prescriptions and inventory control, including cold chain.
• Deliver immunizations and support patient care journeys.
• Provide compassionate patient engagement and resolve insurance issues.
