Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Provide immunizations and clinical care as permitted.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager when needed.
• Ensure accurate dispensing and counseling to patients.
