Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare, a division of Clarest Health, is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for its closed-door LTC pharmacy in Troy, OH. This on-site role focuses on clinical accuracy, collaboration with pharmacy staff, and timely medication delivery with a schedule of 3:00 PM–1:30 AM under a flexible 4–10 shift.

You will dispense medications, monitor therapies, and ensure regulatory compliance while working in a fast-paced but structured environment free from drive-thru distractions.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent; active state license in good standing.
• Experience with intravenous admixtures and therapy is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year licensed pharmacist experience in healthcare setting.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DocuTrack required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient referrals, prepare, dispense, and monitor medications.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians in medication preparation and dispensing.
• Provide patient care including follow-up and monitoring of clinical data with physicians.
