Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) essential.
• LTAC pharmacy experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Package and label controlled substances for pharmacist review.
• Manage workflow and ensure correct labeling, verification, and documentation.
• Maintain inventory records including CIM for Schedule II meds.
• Assist with prepackaging and replenishment for long-term care facilities.
• Support audits and adherence to policies and procedures.
