Remedi SeniorCare, a division of Clarest Health, is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care with clinical expertise and advanced technology.

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to focus on clinical accuracy, collaboration with technicians, and timely medication delivery in Troy, OH. This on-site role offers a 7on/7off schedule (8:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a starting salary of $120,000–$137,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent required; active state license in good standing.
• Experience with intravenous admixtures and IV therapy preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as a licensed pharmacist in healthcare; LTC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process new patient referral prescriptions, prepare, dispense, and monitor medications.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians in preparation and dispensing.
• Provide patient follow-up, monitor clinical data, and coordinate with physicians on dosing.
