As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll focus on clinical accuracy, collaboration, and timely medication delivery in a closed-door LTC setting. Located on site in Troy, OH, the role emphasizes non-retail responsibilities, working with Pharmacy Technicians, and

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree; active state license in good standing.
• IV admixtures services and IV therapy knowledge desirable.
• Minimum 1 year of licensed pharmacist experience in healthcare.
• Long-Term Care pharmacy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DocuTrack and Frameworks strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient referrals, dispensing and monitoring medications.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians in preparation and dispensing.
• Provide patient care including follow-up and lab data review.
• Work with physicians on dosing antibiotics and related tasks.
• Input information accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.
• Adhere to safety practices and company policies.
• Follow Remedi's Code of Conduct and report violations.
