Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Troy, Ohio. This on-site role supports long-term care facilities, handling order entry and customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

The position offers a 2nd shift schedule (3:00pm-11:30pm, 4:00pm-12:30am or 5:00pm-1:30am) Monday–Friday with every other weekend, and 6–8 weeks of training. On-site closed-door pharmacy operations with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills.
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge.
• Math and analytical skills; focus on calculations.
• Minimum of two years in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide over the phone customer support to doctors and nurses.
• Efficient order entry and follow-up.
• Troubleshoot prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely prescription/patient information input.
• Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with urgency and timeliness.
