Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree and active state license in good standing.
• Experience with intravenous admixtures and IV therapy is desirable.
• Minimum 1 year as a licensed pharmacist in a healthcare setting.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient referral prescriptions, prepare, dispense and monitor medications.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians in preparation and dispensing.
• Work with physicians on dosing antibiotics and patient follow-up.
• Accurately input information and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to safety practices and company/department policies.
• Comply with applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain strong customer focus and professional relationships.
