Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values by delivering safe and quality dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy team in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager and coaching staff on workflow and performance.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Support patient experiences through compassionate care and effective communication with patients and the healthcare team.
• Participate in immunization delivery and inventory management, including cold chain protection.
• Maintain schedules and perform required training and CMEs to stay current.
