Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team in a retail pharmacy setting. You will help manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, dispense medications accurately, counsel patients, and support immunization services while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper use.
• Immunize patients and support vaccination services where permissible.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow and ensure safe dispensing practices.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager with schedule and frontline leadership.
• Maintain inventory control and protect cold chain products.
• Ensure compliance with state boards and CVS Health policies.
• Provide compassionate patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team.
