• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee pharmacy operations when the Pharmacy Manager is unavailable.
• Deliver patient care with empathy, coaching the team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Assist with immunizations and patient counseling to improve health outcomes.
• Maintain inventory control, protect cold chain and optimize workflow.
